Terms and Conditions of Service

Retain the rights to original artworks I produce of your original content and / or character(s).
May use said artwork of your original content to promote my work online or at events such as conventions.
Reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission that is considered inappropriate or a violation of the Terms of Service.
Reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time when necessary with prior warning.
Reserve the right to deny service to any commissioner due to unacceptable or rude displays, either behavioral or otherwise.

May use your commission for personal use only.
Retain all rights to original content and / or character(s) used.
May repost any work made for you by me on other sites as long as credit is given.
May not edit my work without expressed permission. Cropping for icons is acceptable.
May not use my work to earn profit or advertise without commercial use rights being purchased first.
May not commission me for NSFW content if you are under the age of 18.

I reserve the right to change my prices as needed.
All prices are in USD and are considered starting prices which can vary based on workload required.
Extra charges may apply for details such as complicated designs, complex backgrounds, ect.
100% full payment will be required upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment is expected to be sent within 48 hours of commission being confirmed.
If not paid within the time allowed, you will be taken off the queue.
Payments will ONLY be accepted through Paypal, unless otherwise discussed.
Please provide me with your Paypal account when sending commission details.
Do not send money ahead of time. An invoice for the required balance will be sent.

Refunds

Full refunds will only be given in specific instances.
If a commission is cancelled while in progress, a partial refund will be given based on work already completed.
Do not issue refunds without prior notice, I would prefer to discuss any issues and work something out beforehand.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a full refund at any time.

Edits and Changes

Any changes should be brought to attention during review of the Planning Sketches.
Only minor changes can still be made during the inking phase.
Design or color errors on my part are exceptions, I will fix them as needed.
A fee will be required per edit for any major changes past the sketching and inking phases.

Streaming

Streaming is done on Picarto via this page: https://picarto.tv/KosmicKaijuu
I may stream commissions at my own convenience but do not guarantee to stream every commission.
I will honor all commissioner requests to or not to stream their commission if asked.
Viewers are expected to act in a tolerable and respectful manner.
If not, they run the risk of being kicked from the stream.

NFTs Disclaimer

I do not and never will do any personal or commission work with the intent of creating NFT content.
Do not consider commissioning me for NFT related content, you will be automatically denied service.
If you see any of my work being on any NFT related platform, please DM me immediately.
When DM'ing about NFT related issues, please provide all evidence needed in said DMs.
The ONLY kind of NFTs we accept in this space is Nice Freaking Thighs or Tatas. Thank You.
